Terms & Conditions

Copyrights

All copyrights and royalties pertaining to the artworks and written statements featured are exclusively owned by the artist. These creations are considered the artist’s creative and intellectual property, and may not be reproduced, replicated, or utilised in any form without explicit written consent from the artist.

Website Usage

No images or written statements published on this website may be reproduced in any manner unless prior written permission has been obtained from the artist. Any unauthorised use constitutes a breach of these terms.

Ownership of Artworks

All artworks remain the sole property of the artist until they are sold, and payment has been received in full. Notwithstanding the transfer of ownership upon sale, the copyright for each artwork remains with the artist unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Contracts

All contracts relating to the exhibition of artworks must be agreed upon and signed no less than one calendar month prior to the exhibition date. This ensures clarity and mutual understanding between all parties involved.

Image Quality

While every effort is made to calibrate screens accurately, please note that colours may vary across different electronic devices. This variation is beyond the artist’s control and should be taken into consideration when viewing artworks digitally.

Insurance

It is the responsibility of galleries to ensure all artworks while they are on gallery premises, in storage facilities, or loaned to prospective buyers are fully insured for accidental damage, loss, or theft. In such events, the artist will be reimbursed for the full catalogue price of the artwork, less the gallery’s commission.

Finance and Payment

Payments arising from sales of artworks must be made within 30 working days unless an alternative arrangement has been agreed in advance. Failure to meet this payment deadline will be deemed a breach of contract and will incur an additional administration fee

Delivery Costs

The gallery or host venue is responsible for ensuring the safe return of any unsold artworks to the artist’s studio or another agreed location. In cases where a work is to be sent to a buyer, the gallery or host venue assumes full responsibility for delivery arrangements and associated costs.
