All copyright and royalties are owned by the artist all artworks written statements are the creative and intellectual property of the artist and can not be replicated without consent. 

 

WEBSITE

No images nor written statements on this website maybe reproduced unless written permission has been granted.

 

OWNERSHIP

All artworks are the sole property of the artist until sold and monies received in full the copyright remains with the artist.

CONTRACTS

All contracts must be agreed and signed one calendar month prior to an exhibition.   

 

IMAGE QUALITY

Whilst we endeavour to calibrate our screens colours can vary on electronic devices.

INSURANCE

Galleries will be responsible for insuring the art works whilst on gallery premises or storage facilities or on loan to a prospective buyer for accidental damage, loss or theft the artist will be reimbursed for the full catalogue price of the art less gallery commission.

FINANCE PAYMENT 

Due payment from any sales will be required within 28 working days unless agreed otherwise. Late payments will be considered in breach of contract and incur an additional £100 admin fee.​​

DELIVERY COSTS

It will be the responsibility of the gallery or host venue for the safe return of any unsold works to the artists studio or other agreed location. Work requiring to be sent to a buyer is the sole responsibility of the gallery or host venue.​​
